Responsible Gambling
Last updated: 6 November 2026
npl-live-streaming.com is an independent information site about online betting. We do not take bets or deposits. Gambling is for adults only (18+) and should stay entertainment — never a way to earn money or to win back losses.
Keep it a game
- Set a budget you can afford to lose before you start, and stop when it is gone.
- Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
- Never chase losses: a bigger bet to win back what you lost usually makes the loss bigger.
- Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
- Never borrow money or use money meant for rent, food, bills or family to gamble.
- Keep gambling one activity among many — not the only thing you do for fun.
Warning signs
It may be time to stop or to talk to someone if you:
- spend more money or time than you planned, again and again;
- think about betting most of the day, or feel restless when you cannot play;
- hide your gambling from family or friends, or lie about it;
- borrow money, sell things or miss payments because of gambling;
- bet to escape stress, problems or low mood.
Use the limits in your account
Before your first deposit, look in the account settings for deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, a time-out and self-exclusion. Set the deposit limit weekly rather than monthly. If a site does not let you limit or close your account, that alone is a reason to stop playing there.
Block gambling on your devices
Free blocking software, such as BetBlocker, stops gambling sites and apps from opening on your phone or computer. Ask someone you trust to keep the password.
Get free help
- Gambling Therapy — free, confidential online support and chat in several languages.
- Gamblers Anonymous — meetings and support from people who have been through it.
- Talk to a family member, a friend or a doctor. Problem gambling is common and can be treated.
Protecting minors
Our pages are for adults only. If children use your phone or computer, turn on parental controls and do not leave betting accounts logged in.
