How the NPL 2026 schedule works
- Single round-robin. Each of the 8 teams plays the other 7 once: 28 league matches.
- One venue. Every match is at Kirtipur, so no team has a home ground.
- Double-headers. 11 days have two matches (12:30 and 17:00); the other 6 league days have one evening match.
- Rest days. 30 Oct, 4 Nov, 8 Nov and 11 Nov in the league stage. There are no matches on 16 Nov, before Qualifier 1, or on 20 Nov, before the final.
- DRS. The Decision Review System is used in every match, a first for the NPL.
